Trouble connecting the Zeydoo MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, a tool that returns an error, or numbers that do not match your Zeydoo dashboard — write to the connector team.

What to include

• The email of your Zeydoo account — never your password or API tokens.
• The AI client and its version (for example Claude Desktop, ChatGPT web, Codex CLI).
• The tool name and what you asked for, with the approximate time.
• The exact error text the assistant showed.

Security issues

Report vulnerabilities to the same address with “security” in the subject line. The machine-readable disclosure pointer is security.txt.
